# Tailored Made Training
First step, is an intake free of charge. And together we discuss the objectives and learning goals of the training. The training program, learning strategy, time investment, will be agreed upon in collaboration with you.
# Communication Training
This training can be about basic communication techniques like listening, summarising and questioning. The learning goals can also include giving and receiving feedback, coaching and presenting. Learn more about the different communicationstyles, recognize these and increase awareness, when to use which style. In case needed, we could invite an actor and practise various communicationskills.
# Management and Leadership
Awareness of the different leadershipstyles, recognise the leadershipstyles you feel most comfortable with, identify benefits and downsides of each style, when to use which. Practise with delivering bad news, practise with performance appraisals, how to structure meetings, how to lead meetings, how to motivate your team. And many more topics can be (dis)covered.
# Coaching
Coaching is a communication technique, handy in life in general for everybody! This training can include, contracting, how to structure your coaching, goalsetting, real listening and focus. Give your coachee all your attention, practice with questioning to reach set goals by your coachee. Support your coachee with clearifying current situation and desired situation. Guide your coachee towards, specific, achievable targets and actionpoints. Recognise 'thinking errors’ and learn various coaching techniques to support your coachee in your best way during this journey.
# Inter-Cultural communication
Create awareness of different communicationstyles, work with the different styles and practice. Hofstede's theory will be used, amongst others. This training will support better understanding amongst each other, increase awareness of the cause of certain conflicts or misunderstandings and practice skills & techniques which will support to prevent misunderstandings, deal with conflicts.
# Teambuilding
Create awareness of the current status of 'being' in your team. Where and how can your team develop and provide guidance to grow, together as a team. While using experiential games we explore together as a team where the strategic opportunities are, develop and/or create more trust amongst each other.
# Time Management
How we experience time can be different from person to person. But for some of us it's important to realise we only have 24 hours in a day and it's all about making choices and priorities.
# Customer Service
What is customer service, what is the strategy of your company and why? What are the challenges and conflicts at times? How to take care of yourself, because only then you can care for your customers? Amongst many other topics.

Creating awareness of the different emotions humans can experience in a day and discover the functions of emotions. Become aware of self care and self coaching. A training for trainers who like to reflect and evaluate on how they train today, get some feedback from co-trainers on where and how they can improve their own trainings. Practice with new tools and training techniques.

Together with new enterpreneurs brainstorm idea's, support in market research, setting vision and mission, dealing with the first businessplan and growing in confidence as an enterpreneur.
# Coaching
# Teamcoaching
I coach various teams and often I used the Balint technique. Participants bring their own challenging scenarios which are then being discussed in a structured way. The topic is owned by the participants (can be anything: workstress, motivation of teams, strategy etc), who learn not only from the topic being discussed, but also about problem solving techniques, questioning, listening and coaching.
# Individual coaching
For years I worked together with ConsultEast a training and coaching institute in England and we delivered many coaching trainings for people who wanted to start as a coach. Besides these kind of trainings I also coach managers and support them with various questions. But over the years, I never managed to specialise as a coach....I would say, I provide all-round coaching, your topic is my topic;)
